His experience has allowed him the opportunity to assist over 400 clients in obtaining exceptional workers comp coverage within an effective cost structure to allow their relationship with their current retail agent to continue to remain cemented.

David Schek, the President and Founder of Work Comp Staffing Solutions, a leading workers comp broker specializing in the staffing industry, is an advisor and consultant to Nationwide Workers Comp Solutions and allows Nationwide WC’s clients to access exclusive workers compensation programs not available through traditional retail channels.
Mike Santos is one of our trusted partners and has over 25 years in the P&C placement business. Specifically, Mike is an expert in PEO and EOR solutions alongside private insurer options when the size and situation calls for it. At one time Mike served as the CFO for a $100M staffing co which introduced him to the unique challenges that workers comp needs can sometimes present.
